RellyzWorld - Interview

1. Tell us your rap name and where are you from?

I go by the name Rellyzworld and I’m from Long Beach California

2. What made you start making music?

Listening to my older brothers homies freestyle in the streets since I was in diapers. As years went by I started to sing along to songs myself, my fave song was by Humpty Hump - same song . By 2008 I started taking it serious and formed a group with a close homeboy of mine. We were called “LBCBZ” aka “Long Beach Cityboyz” long before city girls, they even use to support us crazy!

3. Who are your influences in rap?

Lil Wayne , snoop , nip , Dave east , pac, and myself

4. What is your take on the underground rap scene right now?

I think it’s up for grabs for someone like me to keep it a bill!

5. What are your goals for the new year regarding music?

I want to expand my audience and hopefully get some royalties behind these crafty bangers. Internet money basically.

6. You have 1 person to thank, who would it be?

Myself for never giving up on me, cause it was times I was over and done with it .

7. What is your process for recording music ?

Once I hear the beat that’s all it takes , if it’s a vibe I can get the song done within a hour or so.

8. Any upcoming projects or singles fans should be getting ready for this year?

I’m working on all features now for fellow artist who have projects and making moves and what not .

9. What have you been doing music wise while in COVID times?

Gave me more time to write since I have to balance music work recreation and 6 kiddos.

10. What impact do you want to have on the world?

I want to impact my kids most importantly, the world would be a bonus , but they gone hear my name regardless for what ima share over these snares and drums

11. What's your best collaboration experience with another artist or producer?

Dw Flame , KY3

12. Who does all of your cover art or do you make your own?

My homie Oscar he’s a graphic designer guru and some! He practically does everything for me and my craft outside of me recording Lol

13. Who makes most of your beats or production?

Majority of beats come from homies that make beats, every now and then I’ll Go on YouTube and buy some lease ones I’m digging , but mainly the beats is in-house .

14. What can we expect next from you ?

Consistent music no more gaps 🤷🏽‍♂️
