1. Tell us your rap name and where are you from?

I'm Yung Evil, from Orlando FL


2. What made you start making music?

I use to make music and tour in hardcore/metal bands growing up. I started rapping in 2016 after I stopped making heavy music. Always been a huge music fan of all genres.

3. Who are your influences in rap?

Thats a good question tbh. I wasnt really into rap growing up. I guess radier klan and loud lord were the first people making rap that made me actually wanna try it out.


4. What is your take on the underground rap scene right now?

Its cool right now. Not the same as when I started tbh but its cool watching the homies grow over the years.


5. What are your goals for the new year regarding music?

Dropping hella new music all 2022. Trying to really experiment with my vocal range this up coming year.


6. You have 1 person to thank, who would it be?

Shout to my brotha Lil Droop. King of the music industry IYKYK hahaha


7. What is your process for recording music ?

I normally write all my hooks and do a mix of writing and punch in on my verses


8. Any upcoming projects or singles fans should be getting ready for this year?

Yes, I'm dropping a new mixtape with my boy Polo Baby Flako on New Years "Snow on the Leaves"


9. What have you been doing music wise while in COVID times?

I actually started making music again once covid really shut everything down. I took almost a 2 year break after 2018.


10. What impact do you want to have on the world?

I just want to make timeless hits. I want my music to be played long after I pass.


11. What's your best collaboration experience with another artist or producer?

Tbh 90% of people ive met in the music industry suck haha I could call out a lot of broke ass fuck boys but I wont haha my favorite people to work with are my two engineers for sure! Shout out to Freedolo and Lanlord!


12. Who does all of your cover art or do you make your own?

Trippyville and Juiceboxx/Goon graphics


13. Who makes most of your beats or production?

Freedolo has been doing a lot of my work lately.


14. What can we expect next from you ?

Dropping a new mixtape on New Years. I have a few new music videos in the works as well. Trying to drop a new project every other month in 2022.
